Shariah compliant lender Gatehouse Bank has joined SimplyBiz Mortgages’ panel.
The lender offers buy-to-let property finance for international, expat and UK-based clients.
Its offering includes no limit on the number of properties, no early payment charges and finance on up to 80 per cent of the property value. Lending is offered up to £5m and the maximum term for borrowing is 30 years.

Gatehouse hired Charles Haresnape from Aldermore earlier this year and is planning to launch into the residential mortgage space before the end of the summer.
